  • Founder and Editor of Arab Journal for Administrative Sciences 1991-1994

  • Member of Consultative Authority for the Supreme Council Of the Gulf Cooperation Council  1998- 2007

  • Professor of Management, Kuwait university. From 1977 – till now

  • Founder of Management consultant Association 2005.

  • Chairman of Management consultant Association 2005-2007 and 2007-2012

  • Advisor to the president of Kuwait State Audit Bureau 2009-2010
